Control Arm 2024-On Toyota Tacoma Upper Control Arm Kit FOX

FOX's Upper Control Arm Kit is the foundation of any mid-travel build on the 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma. When you lift a truck, OEM alignment specs take a hit — too much caster creeps in and droop travel suffers. FOX engineers optimized the geometry specifically for this application, correcting caster to restore alignment spec while maximizing droop articulation off-road. That additional caster correction also reduces high-speed wander on the highway.

The arms are CNC machined in the USA from T6061 billet aluminum with Type II anodization for corrosion resistance. The 1.25-inch uniballs run a hard chrome-plated ball in a low carbon steel race with a PTFE liner to keep things quiet on rough terrain. The 3/4-inch chromoly heim joints are fully adjustable for precise caster and camber tuning, with a Kevlar fiber-reinforced PTFE liner to prevent binding over time.

Install is bolt-on — stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle, no chassis modification required. FOX backs the aluminum arm with a lifetime warranty and covers all serviceable components and finishes for 12 months. This kit is a serious starting point for any 2024–2026 Tacoma build.
