Return & Refund Policy
We want you to buy with confidence. If you need to make a return, review the policy below before sending anything back.
Return Window
A return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Return Approval Required
All returns must be authorized in advance. Do not send any item back without return approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, returned merchandise must be:

not installed, mounted, test-fit, or altered

complete with all original parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories

in the original manufacturer packaging and in resalable condition
Any product that shows signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or missing packaging may be denied.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

custom-made or built-to-order items

special-order products

clearance or final-sale items

discontinued items
-
scratch-and-dent items
-
mounted tires or wheels

tuners, programmers, or calibration devices

partial kits
-
gift cards
Some products may have additional manufacturer restrictions.
Return Shipping
Unless we shipped the wrong item or approved the return due to a verified product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Once a return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is issued. If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
Please allow time for inspection, processing, and your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Return Authorization Expiration
Approved return authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. If the item is not returned within that time, the approval may expire and a new request may be required.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
If an order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Some special-order or supplier-controlled items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Do not install or use the item.
Keep the product, the box, and all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment carefully at delivery and note any visible damage before signing.
Warranty and Related Costs
Products covered by a manufacturer warranty are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty terms.
We are not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, paint work, shop supplies, towing, downtime, or any other third-party expenses related to a return, warranty claim, or damaged shipment.
