ICON Vehicle Dynamics Multi-Rate RXT Leaf Spring Pack with Add-In Leaf

This is ICON Vehicle Dynamics' Multi-Rate RXT Leaf Spring Pack for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma (4WD and PreRunner; does not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 wheel lug studs). ICON scrapped the OE leaf design entirely and engineered a replacement built around the RXT rear suspension system, delivering 1.875–2.625 inches of rear lift on most trims. Galvanized leaf separators cut friction and resist corrosion, leaf tip inserts reduce noise, and a military-wrapped front eyelet adds durability where the OE pack is weakest.

What sets this pack apart is the three user-adjustable spring rates. The included add-in leaf can be exchanged or stacked to raise spring rate by 10% or 20% — useful for Tacomas carrying a bed rack, rooftop tent, or extra spare weight. Sold individually; a quantity of 2 is required per vehicle. We recommend pairing these with ICON RXT rear shocks (57826P, 57826CP, 59926P, or 59926EP) for maximum rear wheel travel. ICON Alloys in 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace), 18x9 (5.00" backspace), or 20x9 (5.00" backspace) at 0mm offset are the recommended aftermarket wheel specs; tires up to 33x11.50" fit without trimming.

Installation is a direct bolt-in to the OEM spring location. U-Bolt Kit #52050 is required and sold separately. 2018–2023 model year owners must recalibrate ADAS systems after install.
