ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System Tubular UCA 0-3.5 / 0-2.75 Lift

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System with Tubular UCA (K53003T) is a complete front-and-rear overhaul for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" Extended Travel coilovers with internal reservoirs and CAD-plated 7/8" shock bodies deliver adjustable lift — 0–3.5" on 2005-2015 models, 0–2.75" on 2016-2023 models. A linear 650 lb/in front spring rate and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components keep weight down without sacrificing durability. FK Rod End bearings minimize deflection across the travel range.

The tubular UCAs are where this kit separates itself from simpler stage systems. ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) combines high-angularity articulation with a zinc-plated, greaseable, sealed housing — more robust than a standard uniball in daily-driven conditions, with greater range of motion than a conventional ball joint. Corrected front-end geometry and built-in additional caster improve alignment and straight-line feel.

Out back, 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with 5/8" shafts run vehicle-specific valving, balanced to match the front setup. The included Add-A-Leaf Kit replaces the OE overload leaves, drops rear spring rate approximately 10%, and adds 1.5" of rear lift. Recommended tire fitment is 33x11.50" with minor fender trimming; 0mm offset wheels are recommended — ICON Alloys in 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 are verified fitments. Note: 2018-2023 models require ADAS recalibration after install. Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 lug studs.
