ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System with Billet UCA, 0-3.5 / 0-2.75 Lift

The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System with Billet UCA is a complete front-and-rear overhaul built specifically for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" Extended Travel coilovers with internal reservoirs handle cooling, while height adjustability runs 0–3.5" on 2005–2015 models and 0–2.75" on 2016–2023 models. The CAD-plated shock bodies run 7/8" shafts, and the 650 lb/in linear front springs are paired with ICON-engineered coils for consistent feel across the full travel range.

The billet aluminum UCAs are the centerpiece of this kit. CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, they restore corrected front-end geometry and allow on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the OE ball joint with a zinc-plated, greaseable, metal-on-metal design that delivers the angularity of a uniball without the weather exposure weakness — a meaningful advantage on a daily-driven truck.

Out back, the included Add-A-Leaf kit installs in place of the factory overload leaves, drops rear spring rate approximately 10%, and delivers 1.5" of rear lift. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with 5/8" shafts tie the rear to the front valving balance. For wheels, ICON recommends 17x8.5 with 4.75" backspace, 18x9 or 20x9 with 5" backspace — all at 0mm offset. Recommended tire size is 33x11.50"; minor fender trimming required. 2018–2023 ADAS-equipped models require recalibration post-install. Will not fit 2WD Tacomas with 5 lug studs.
