ICON Billet Upper Control Arm W Delta Joint Kit for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Billet Upper Control Arm Kit with Delta Joint (58500DJ) is a direct bolt-in replacement pair for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma — covering Base 4WD, DLX, SR5, Pre Runner, and Limited trims. Arms are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and matte anodized, so the corrosion resistance is built into the material, not painted over it.

The differentiator is ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700). A standard uniball articulates well but leaves the joint exposed to the elements — a real liability on a truck that sees trail use and daily driving. The Delta Joint solves that with a zinc-plated housing, a grease seal, O-ring sealed cover cap, and a greaseable metal-on-metal design that handles high-angle articulation without the corrosion vulnerability. PTFE-lined ¾" FK rod ends and machined adjuster sleeves allow on-vehicle caster and camber tuning without pulling the arms.

Paired with ICON extended-travel coilovers, these UCAs add droop travel for better wheel articulation. We recommend running up to 33x11.50-inch tires with 0–3 inches of front suspension lift and 0mm offset aftermarket wheels. Note: will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 lug wheel studs. Kit ships as a pre-assembled pair. The Delta Joint carries ICON's 5-year limited warranty as part of a complete ICON suspension system.
