ICON Billet Upper Control Arm W Delta Joint Kit for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Billet Upper Control Arm Kit with Delta Joint is a fully machined, pre-assembled UCA solution for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma — and it fits the 1998–2004 Pre Runner, 1995–2000 SR5, and 1995–2003 DLX trims specifically. Arms are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a matte anodized finish, so corrosion resistance is structural, not cosmetic.

The headline spec here is the patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700). Where a standard uniball sacrifices sealing for articulation, the Delta Joint delivers both — zinc-plated housing, a grease seal, O-ring sealed cover cap, and a greaseable metal-on-metal design that holds high-angle articulation without the corrosion exposure a uniball carries. PTFE-lined FK rod ends and machined adjuster sleeves let you set caster and camber on the vehicle without pulling the arms.
