ICON 0-3 Inch Lift Front V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Front Coilover Kit is a purpose-built suspension upgrade for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma (SR5, DLX, Limited, and Pre Runner trims) and 1996–2002 Toyota 4Runner. This is not a generic shock with a compatibility sticker — ICON engineers these specifically for the geometry of the first-gen Tacoma and early 4Runner platforms.

At the core is a 2.5-inch aluminum body shock with an internal reservoir. That reservoir matters: it manages heat more effectively than standard twin-tube shocks, maintaining consistent damping through repeated trail hits and mixed-terrain miles. The threaded body delivers 0–3 inches of lift height adjustment without swapping components — dial in your ride height and move on.

Velocity Sensitive (V.S.) damping reads input speed and adjusts automatically. Street driving stays composed; off-road capability doesn't get compromised to get there. We like that balance — it means this kit doesn't force you to choose between one or the other.
