ICON 0-3 Inch Lift Front V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

This is ICON Vehicle Dynamics' V.S. 2.5 Series front coilover kit built specifically for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma (Base, DLX, SR5, Limited, and Pre Runner trims). The 2.5-inch aluminum body with internal reservoir separates it from standard twin-tube designs — that reservoir handles heat buildup during repeated off-road hits, keeping damping consistent when it matters. Note: this kit does not fit 2WD Tacomas with 5 wheel lug studs.

The threaded body gives you 0–3 inches of front lift height adjustment without swapping parts. Velocity Sensitive damping reads input speed and responds automatically — street manners stay composed without sacrificing trail capability. ICON uses 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8-inch diameter shafts, and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection. Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

For tire fitment on the Tacoma, this kit supports up to 33x11.50-inch tires — larger sizes may fit but require fender trimming. ICON recommends 0mm offset aftermarket wheels; compatible sizes include 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace, 18x9" with 5.00" backspace, or 20x9" with 5.00" backspace. Heavier-equipped builds should ask about the 700 lb/in Expedition Coil option. Pair with ICON 2.0 or 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks to balance control front to rear.
