ICON 0-3 Inch Lift Front V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

This ICON V.S. 2.5 Series Extended Travel Internal Reservoir Coilover Kit is a serious front-end upgrade for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma. The 2.5-inch shock body with increased piston area delivers better damping than stock across all terrain, and the 0–3 inches of adjustable lift height lets you dial in exactly where you want to sit. Up to 33x11.50-inch tires clear without cutting — go bigger and you're trimming fenders.

Construction holds up long-term: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8-inch diameter shafts, and FK rod end bearings keep deflection low and serviceability high. These are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so you're not throwing them away when they wear. ICON-engineered coil springs are included in the kit.

One requirement you need to plan for: the extended travel length mandates aftermarket front upper control arms — this kit will not function correctly on stock UCAs. ICON's billet or tubular UCA kits are the direct pairing. For wheels, ICON recommends 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 configurations at 0mm offset. Round out the suspension with ICON 2.0 or 2.5 Aluminum Series rears to balance damping front to rear. Note: will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 lug wheel studs.
