ICON 0-3 Inch Lift Front V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

This kit is ICON Vehicle Dynamics' purpose-built front suspension upgrade for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma — covering 4WD, Pre Runner, SR5, DLX, and Limited trims. It delivers 0–3 inches of front ride height adjustability through height-adjustable coilovers paired with ICON-engineered coil springs, giving you clearance to run up to 33x11.50-inch tires without fender trimming.

The 2.5-inch monotube shock body and increased piston area give this kit real damping headroom over stock. Vehicle-specific valving keeps the front end composed on pavement and controlled on rough trail. The remote reservoir extends consistent damping during heavy off-road use by keeping fluid temps in check — something a standard shock body can't sustain under pressure.

Construction is 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, a CAD-plated shock body with a 7/8-inch induction-hardened chrome shaft, and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection. Fully bolt-on — no cutting or welding. We like that it's fully serviceable too.

Two critical notes: aftermarket front upper control arms are required for installation, and this kit will not fit 2WD Tacomas with 5 lug wheel studs. For heavier builds, a 700 lb/in Expedition coil is available separately. ICON recommends pairing these fronts with their 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks for balanced front-to-rear performance.
