ICON .5-04 0-3 Inch Lift Suspension System for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System gives 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma owners — including SR5, DLX, Pre Runner, and Limited trims — a fully engineered lift solution with 0–3 inches of adjustable front lift and up to 1.5 inches rear. This is a complete, 100% bolt-on kit: no drilling, cutting, or welding.

Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5-inch coilover shocks pair with ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs rated at 650 lb/in (linear rate, black steel) and include a remote reservoir for sustained cooling under hard use. The 7/8-inch hardened chrome shaft rides inside a CAD-plated, corrosion-resistant body. FK rod end bearings handle the geometry load with minimal deflection. Rear 2.0-inch aluminum body remote reservoir shocks carry a 5/8-inch polished chrome steel shaft, valved specifically to balance the truck front-to-rear.

All structural components are CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. Mounting hardware and bushings are included. Towing capacity is unaffected.

We recommend sizing up to 33x11.50-inch tires on this kit. ICON Alloys 17x8.5 with 4.75-inch backspace, 18x9 with 5-inch backspace, or 20x9 with 5-inch backspace all pair well. Add-ons like the Billet Spanner Wrench Kit (198001) and Toyota .25-inch Bump Stop Spacer Kit (51045) round out the build.
