Toyota OnX6+ Arc 50 Inch Light Bar Roof Kit 05-22 Tacoma Baja Designs

The Baja Designs OnX6+ Arc 50 Inch Light Bar Roof Kit is a complete roof-mount lighting solution built specifically for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma. This kit delivers 32,070 lumens of forward-projected light at 278W and 21.7A — numbers that put serious output on the road ahead without approximation.

What we like about this setup is that everything ships in the box: one 50-inch Arc OnX6+ light bar, two roof mount brackets, a wiring harness, a wire hider kit, and all necessary hardware. The OnX6+ runs on Baja Designs' CopperDrive technology, which drives every LED at 100 percent, and MoistureBlock construction keeps the unit waterproof, rain-proof, and submersible. The 5000K daylight color output reduces driver fatigue on long runs.

A few honest install notes: front mounting bolts require drilling, and this kit will not work with a roof rack. Plan accordingly before ordering. The uService design allows for replaceable lenses and optics, so the bar can be serviced rather than replaced if something gets damaged.

Baja Designs backs this with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. For 2005–2023 Tacoma owners who want a no-compromise roof lighting system with a clean, integrated look, this kit is our recommendation.
