At its core are 21 LEDs producing 15,246 raw lumens and a peak beam intensity of 259,176 candela, with a beam distance of 509.1 meters at 1 lux. Current draw is a measured 9.4 amps at 14V DC — efficient enough for systems with limited electrical headroom.

The construction starts with a high-grade aluminum alloy heatsink finished in a two-stage textured black powder coat. The impact-resistant nylon bezel shields the optics against road debris and UV exposure without adding unnecessary weight. RIGID's Broad Spot optical system blends spot and flood beam characteristics, covering 19.9 degrees horizontal and 19.3 degrees vertical, so you get usable spread without sacrificing reach.

The amber Max-Bright trim ring is independently controlled, functioning as a dedicated area or work light alongside the main beam.
