The Rigid Industries RDS-Series PRO 50-Inch Spot light bar is the evolution of the light bar that changed off-road lighting. Rigid took the E-Series platform, added a functional arc, and the result is up to 70% more raw lumens over the original RDS-Series — more usable light pushed exactly where it's needed ahead of you on the trail or road.

The curve isn't cosmetic. It widens the spread of LED output across a single bar, giving you broader coverage without stacking multiple lights. At 50 inches in spot configuration, this bar is built for distance reach.

We like the engineering behind the durability spec list: IP68-rated for full dust and water ingress protection, SAE J575 compliant for shock and vibration, operating range from -40°F to +145°F, and an integrated thermal management system that keeps output consistent under sustained use. The housing is high-grade aluminum alloy with UV-resistant powder coat — available in white or black — and the polycarbonate lens is impact resistant.

Electrical protections include over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI shielding across a 9–36V DC input range. Rated for 50,000+ hour lifespan and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

This kit ships with two black powder-coated L-shape mounting brackets and a harness with switch. Note: leads are open with no connector. Off-road use only.
