LP9 Single Rock Guard Baja Designs

The Baja Designs LP9 Single Rock Guard (Black) is a hard-coated polycarbonate plastic cover built specifically for the LP9 Pro, Sport, and Racer LED auxiliary lights. It snaps on securely without interfering with the light's Direct Ducted Cooling (DDC) technology, and it comes off just as fast when you need to clean or service the unit.

This black version does two things: it blocks debris and absorbs impact energy from rocks, branches, and mud that would otherwise hit the lens directly, and it carries the Baja Designs logo for a clean, branded look when the light is off. One important note — black rock guards are designed for use when the light is off only. If you want protection while running the light, go with the clear variant; if you need amber output for dust or low-visibility conditions, the amber guard is the option.

Each guard is sold individually, so you're buying one cover per order — plan accordingly if you're running multiple LP9 units. We like that replacement is straightforward: if a guard takes a hard hit and cracks, swapping it out is far less expensive than replacing the light itself. That's the practical case for adding one from the start.
