ICON 2024+ Toyota Tacoma 2.5in VS RR CDEV Coilover Kit

This kit delivers ICON's V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilover shocks with a fully integrated Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) — built specifically for the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma. The 2.5" diameter shock bodies pair with remote reservoirs to increase oil volume and heat dissipation, resisting fade and cavitation during extended hard use. Height adjustment runs 1.25–3" of front lift over stock, and vehicle-specific valving paired with FK rod end bearings keeps deflection minimal. The 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts are fully rebuildable.

The CDEV is what separates this kit from a standard remote reservoir setup. The electronically controlled valve reacts in under 40ms, continuously metering oil flow to regulate compression damping. Powered by the ICON Intelligent Control app and an onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope, it reads terrain and adjusts settings automatically based on user-defined algorithms — all from inside the cab. Note: an iOS device is required to run the app.

For wheel fitment, ICON recommends 17x8.5 with 5.75" backspace or 18x9 with 6.00" backspace at 25mm offset. Tires up to 33"x11.50" fit without modification. 4WD builds require front differential drop #55160. All trims require IIC kit #53509 and CDEV rear shocks #57808EP. ADAS recalibration is required post-install. Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) vehicles or rear leaf spring Tacoma submodels.
