Hyperspot Black Housing Q-Series Pro RIGID Industries

The RIGID Industries Q-Series PRO Hyperspot is a single auxiliary LED light built around four D-Series optics combined into one heavy-duty housing. It puts out 7,040 raw lumens at 80 watts with a draw of just 5.7 amps, and the Hyperspot optic throws a concentrated beam where you need distance, not spread.

The housing is high-grade aluminum alloy with a UV-resistant powder coat finish — black here — and an integrated thermal management system that keeps output stable across an operating range of -40°F to 145°F. The polycarbonate lens is impact-resistant, the unit is IP68-rated for dust and water ingress, and it carries SAE J575 compliance for shock and vibration. Electrical protection covers over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI. Rated lifespan is 50,000-plus hours.

Each light ships with the mounting hardware and harness included. The heavy-duty 304 stainless steel bracket and built-in vibration isolator are part of the package, not add-ons. Optional covers (sold separately, part numbers 30130, 30140, 30150, 103913, 103923, 103933, and 40287) give you a 50/50 forward-projection and area-light split if you need versatility over pure distance.
