Flood Flush Mount Black Pair D-Series Pro RIGID Industries

The Rigid Industries D-Series PRO (212113) is a pair of 3 x 3-inch flush-mount LED pods built for serious auxiliary lighting work. Each light runs on a 9–36V DC input, draws just 2.14 amps, and puts out 3,168 raw lumens at 30 watts — that's up to 102 percent more raw lumens compared to the original D-Series. The flood optic spreads light wide, and the flush-mount configuration keeps the profile clean wherever these get installed.

The housing is high-grade aluminum alloy with a UV-resistant powder coat finish in black. An integrated thermal management system keeps temps in check across an operating range of -40°F to 145°F. The polycarbonate lens is impact resistant, and IP68 compliance means full dust and water ingress protection. SAE J575 compliance covers shock and vibration. Rigid also built in over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI protection — that's a solid electronics protection package for a compact pod light.

The kit ships with lights, mounting hardware, and a harness. Rigid backs these with a limited lifetime warranty and rates the LEDs for 50,000-plus hours of use. Professional installation is recommended. This is an off-road-use-only product.
