The Factor 55 Extreme Duty Soft Shackle is a 5/8-inch diameter, 18-inch pull-to-pull length shackle built from HMPE Plasma rope — the same material used in serious recovery rigging. The woven polyester jacket is whipped, coated with Fiber Lock, and positioned tight to the knot to maximize abrasion protection exactly where it matters most.

The numbers here are real: a minimum breaking strength of 102,500 lbs and a working load limit of 20,500 lbs.
