The Factor 55 Extreme Duty Tow Strap is a 30-foot, 2-inch-wide double-ply polyester strap built for serious recovery work. The entire 30-foot length is wrapped in a Cordura sleeve — not just the eyes — which is the key differentiator here. Most tow straps get pulled from service because the strap edges abrade through from ground contact during long-distance tows. That full-length sleeve addresses exactly that problem.

The double-ply construction and full-length stitching push the minimum breaking strength to 31,000 pounds, USA-tested and repeatable. We like the 2-inch width because it seats cleanly into standard 3/4-inch screw-pin shackle openings, and narrower edges hold up to abrasion better than 3- or 4-inch wide straps. Each strap is individually serialized for material lot traceability and clearly labeled with Working Load Limits for different strap configurations.
