ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma 0-1 Lift Rear 2.5 Aluminum Shock Pair

This is ICON's V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shock pair for the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma, built to support 0-1" of rear lift on coil-spring trims including SR5, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Sport. Not compatible with AVS-equipped Limiteds or any trim running rear leaf springs — check your build before ordering.

The construction here is legitimate: 2.5" one-piece, hard anodized, impact extruded aluminum cylinders with a 7/8" induction hardened chrome-plated shaft. A nitrogen charged monotube layout feeds into a remote reservoir that actively dissipates heat to keep shock fade out of the picture during sustained off-road use. Inside, ICON's Bump Zone technology — created via a 6061-billet aluminum manifold positioned below the top cap — adds 20% damping force as the shock approaches full compression, which meaningfully controls harsh bottom-outs at speed.

Valving is digressive and tuned specifically for this application in both length and damping character. 5WT shock oil maintains consistent damping across a wide temperature range. PTFE lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware are included. The rubber dust boot ships with the kit; the hose shield (P/N 252012) and rebuild kit (P/N 252011) are available separately if you want to go further.
