ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma Rear Tubular Lower Link Kit

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Rear Lower Link Kit (54002T) is a direct replacement for the stock lower links on the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma — sold as a pair and built to address the bushing bind that limits suspension travel and articulation in factory form. This kit is not compatible with Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs; it fits coil-spring configurations across SR5, TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, TRD Pro, Trailhunter, TRD Sport Premium, and Limited trims.

Construction starts with 1¾" x .313 wall 1026 DOM steel tubing, CNC machined and notched for high clearance — reducing contact with trail obstacles that would hang up a stock link. One end runs a JM16T PTFE-lined FK Rod End; the other uses a dual-durometer, high-angle greaseless bushing. That combination lets the axle move through its full range without binding, while the bushing side damps road noise and vibration. No grease fittings needed — these bushings are maintenance-free for the life of the part.

The links are adjustable, so you can dial in lift height and correct driveline angles as needed. All fabricated components are covered under ICON's Limited Lifetime Warranty. We recommend pairing this kit with the 54102T tubular upper link kit for a complete rear link system.
