The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Billet Rear Lower Link Kit (54002) is a direct replacement for the factory rear lower links on the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma — built from CNC machined 6061 aluminum and finished with an anodized coating for corrosion resistance. This is a meaningful structural upgrade over the stamped steel OEM units, sold as a pair and pre-assembled for straightforward installation.

The engineering here is specific and purposeful. Large FK Bearing JMX16T PTFE-lined rod ends replace rubber-bushed factory ends, reducing deflection and eliminating the bushing bind that limits suspension articulation on stock links. ICON's Double Adjuster System allows on-vehicle length adjustment for dialing in ride height and pinion angle without pulling the arms. Dual durometer bushings handle the chassis-side mount — maintenance free, no greasing required, and designed for maximum angularity with quiet operation.

We also like the replaceable nylon rock slider built into each arm. Trail contact that would scar or crack an aluminum link hits the slider instead — swap it out rather than replace the whole arm. The vehicle-specific high clearance profile further reduces hang-up risk on technical terrain.
