The ICON EXP Coilover (part #58632) fits 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma and gives you a purpose-built 2.5-inch diameter aluminum shock with an internal reservoir — a meaningful step up from the smaller, steel-bodied OE units. The impact-extruded, hard-anodized aluminum body resists corrosion and handles heat better than stock, and the 7/8-inch induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft is tuned to work with your factory front coil springs, so no spring purchase is required.

We like that height adjustment is straightforward: snap-ring grooves machined into the shock body let you dial in 0 to 2 inches of front lift over stock without guesswork. The CNC-machined 6061-billet aluminum spring seat is cut specifically to accept Tacoma OE coils, and the shaft-up mounting orientation includes the upper shock mount and spring seat. The one-piece digressive piston valving is tuned specifically for the Tacoma, and when your needs change, the shock is fully rebuildable and re-valvable by any qualified technician using ICON service parts.

A few install notes worth knowing before you order: this coilover requires ICON sway bar relocation bracket #611030, is not compatible with Trail or Trail Special Edition trims, and will not fit 2005-2015 rear-wheel-drive Tacomas with 5 lug studs. Running 33x11.50 tires will require minor fender trimming.
