2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma 0-2 Inch Lift Stage 1 Exp Suspension System Icon Vehicle Dynamics

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 EXP Suspension System gives 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners a real performance upgrade without the cost of a full threaded-body coilover setup. The 2.5 EXP Series front shocks run a 2.5-inch diameter body with an internal reservoir, reuse your factory coil spring and hardware, and dial in 0–2 inches of front lift via snap ring adjustment. They're fully rebuildable and re-tunable — not a throwaway unit.

Out back, ICON pairs in their 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged monotube shocks, tuned to match the front end and support up to 1.5 inches of rear lift over stock. Included sway bar relocation brackets minimize link bind through the full travel range and keep the EXP coilovers clear, so OE components aren't stressed at the limits of suspension travel.

This kit supports up to 33x11.50-inch tires with minor fender trimming. OEM wheels and tires fit as well. If you're running aftermarket wheels, ICON recommends 17x8.5 with 4.75-inch backspace, 18x9 with 5.00-inch backspace, or 20x9 with 5.00-inch backspace — all at 0mm offset. Note: not compatible with TRD Pro, and not compatible with 2005–2015 rear-wheel-drive Tacomas with 5 lug studs.
