ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System with Tubular UCA, 0-3.5 / 0-2.75 Lift

The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System with Tubular UCA (K53004T) is a complete front and rear overhaul built for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series Extended Travel coilovers with remote reservoirs deliver improved shock cooling and consistent damping under hard use. CAD plated coilover bodies run 7/8" shafts, coil springs are rated at 650 lb/in linear, and height adjustability runs 0–3.5" of front lift on 2005–2015 models or 0–2.75" on 2016–2023 models. Note: 2017–2023 TRD Pro models are limited to 0–1.25" front lift and 1" rear lift over stock.

The tubular UCAs replace the factory arms with corrected front-end geometry, added caster, and improved component clearance. What sets these UCAs apart is ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) — a high-angle, greaseable, zinc-plated ball joint that delivers uniball-level articulation without the corrosion vulnerability. FK rod end bearings minimize deflection and extend service life.

Out back, the Add-A-Leaf kit installs in place of the OE overload leaves, drops rear spring rate approximately 10%, and adds 1.5" of rear lift. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with 5/8" shafts handle valving front-to-rear balance. This system supports up to 33x11.50" tires with minor fender trimming; 0mm offset aftermarket wheels are recommended. 2018–2023 models require ADAS recalibration after install. Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 lug studs.
