ICON Vehicle Dynamics 0-3.5 / 0-2.75 Lift Stage 2 Suspension System – Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a complete front-and-rear upgrade built specifically for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with an internal reservoir handle cooling, while ICON-engineered linear coil springs with a 650 lb/in spring rate deliver controlled feel through the full range of travel. Height adjustment runs 0-3.5" on 2005-2015 models and 0-2.75" on 2016-2023 models — both with corrosion-resistant CAD plated shock bodies, 7/8" shafts, FK Rod End bearings, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components throughout.

Out back, the 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks run vehicle-specific valving to balance the truck end-to-end. The included Add-A-Leaf Kit replaces the factory overload leaf, drops the rear spring rate approximately 10% for a more compliant ride, and delivers 1.5" of rear lift over stock. Up to 33x11.50" tires clear with minor fender trimming; ICON Alloys in 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 with 0mm offset are the recommended wheel pairings.

A few install notes worth knowing: 2017-2023 TRD Pro models have a reduced front lift range of 0-1.25". This kit will not fit a 2WD Tacoma with 5 wheel lug studs. On 2018-2023 trucks, ADAS recalibration is required after install. The optional Bump Stop Spacer Kit (51045) can add preload beyond the maximum adjustment if needed.
