ICON Tubular Upper Control Arm W Delta Joint Kit for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

ICON's tubular upper control arm kit (58400DJ) is a direct answer to the known limitations of the OEM front suspension geometry on the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma. The arms are CNC bent from 1026 DOM steel and powder coated semi-gloss black. Built-in caster correction and geometry optimization are engineered into the design, so you're not chasing alignment specs after the install. The CNC machined two-piece steel taper adapter clamps both sides of the spindle to properly distribute the loads that OEM arms simply weren't built to handle.

The Delta Joint is what separates this kit. ICON's patented design (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) delivers the high articulation angle of a uniball with the weather resistance of a ball joint — zinc-plated housing, a grease seal, and a fully greaseable metal-on-metal interface. That combination keeps contaminants out and makes it serviceable for long-term quiet operation. Serviceable dual-stage bushings with CNC machined housings and sleeves are included, and the kit ships as a pair with mounting hardware ready to go.

We recommend pairing with up to 33x11.50 tires and running 0mm offset aftermarket wheels with 2–3 inches of front suspension lift. Note: will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 lug studs. When used in a complete ICON system, these arms carry a 5-year limited warranty.
