ICON Billet Upper Control Arm W Delta Joint Kit for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

ICON Vehicle Dynamics' billet upper control arm kit with Delta Joint is one of the more thoughtfully engineered UCA upgrades available for the 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma — also verified for the 1996–2002 Toyota 4Runner, 1998–2004 Pre Runner, and 1998–2000 Limited trims. The arms are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a matte anodized finish that resists corrosion without the weight penalty of steel.

The centerpiece is ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700). Standard uniballs articulate well but are vulnerable to moisture and debris — a real problem on a daily driver. The Delta Joint solves this with a zinc-plated housing, a tough grease seal, and metal-on-metal construction that stays serviceable longer. It delivers the high articulation angles of a uniball with the weather resistance of a ball joint. Grease fitting included.

PTFE-lined FK rod ends and machined adjuster sleeves allow on-vehicle caster and camber tuning — no pulling the arm to make alignment adjustments. When paired with ICON extended-travel coilovers, these UCAs provide additional droop travel for improved ride performance. Recommended tire size is 33x11.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming.
