ICON 0-3 Inch Lift Front V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover for 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON V.S. 2.5 Series Coilover delivers 0–3 inches of adjustable lift for 1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma — covering SR5, DLX, Pre Runner, Limited, and base trims. At the core is a 2.5-inch monotube body with a 7/8-inch induction-hardened chrome shaft, 5.36-inch travel, and 650 lb/in linear coil springs. CAD-plated steel cylinder paired with CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum keeps weight down without sacrificing durability. The remote reservoir manages heat during extended hard use, where stock shocks fade.

ICON's CDCV gives you 10 positions of external compression damping adjustment — dial in street compliance, technical crawling, or high-speed running without removing the shock. Digressive valving is tuned specifically for this platform, not a generic calibration carried over from another application.

This kit ships with coil springs and FK Rod End bearings, so it installs without cutting or welding. One callout: extended travel requires aftermarket upper control arms. ICON's 58500DJ Billet UCA or 58400DJ Tubular UCA are direct-fit options. Recommended tire size is 33x11.50 inches. For balanced performance, pair the front coilovers with ICON rear 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
