Gen 4 2024+ Toyota Tacoma Bilstein B8 5100 + Cali Raised LED Bundle 1
Pickup currently not available
The Gen 4 Tacoma got a ground-up redesign in 2024, and most of the parts world is still catching up. Everything in this bundle was spec'd specifically for the 2024-and-up platform — no Gen 3 carryovers, no fitment workarounds.
You're getting four Bilstein B8 5100 monotube shocks (front: 24-333207 ×2, rear: 24-333214 ×2), a Cali Raised LED 32" Lo Pro grille light bar kit in your choice of single (CR4116) or dual bar (CR4118), and Cali Raised's bed channel supports and stiffeners (CR4062). Together they address the three things that fall short on a stock Gen 4 the moment you start using it off-road: the suspension is too soft under real load, there's not enough usable light after dark, and the bed flexes and rattles once you put weight in it.
The B8 5100s are a direct bolt-in replacement — no new springs, no coilover conversion. Bilstein tuned these specifically for the Gen 4 chassis, and the result is a shock that's noticeably more controlled on rough terrain without making the street ride harsh. If you're planning to run a rooftop tent or carry consistent weight in the bed, the rear shocks especially will hold up far better than stock over time.
The Cali Raised light bar mounts inside the factory grille opening — no cutting, no drilling. Single bar handles most trail and overland situations well. Go dual if you're running in real darkness at speed and want the extra throw. Both kits come complete with wiring harness, relay, and switch.
The bed channel stiffeners (CR4062) are the part people skip until they regret it. They install along the inner bed channels, stop the flex and the rattle, and give you a more solid mounting base if you're building toward a rack or drawer system. Get them in early.
Fits: 2024+ Toyota Tacoma — all cab and bed configurations.

Gen 4 2024+ Toyota Tacoma Suspension, Lighting & Bed MOLLE Bundle — Bilstein B8 5100 + Cali Raised LED Bundle 2
Pickup currently not available
This bundle was built for the 2024+ Tacoma owner who uses the truck hard and wants the foundation right before adding anything else. Four Bilstein B8 5100 shocks underneath, a Cali Raised 32" Lo Pro light bar up front, bed channel stiffeners locking the floor solid, and front and side MOLLE panels turning the bed into an organized system. Everything spec'd specifically for the Gen 4 platform — nothing carried over from previous generations.
The Bilsteins are a direct bolt-in replacement — front 24-333207, rear 24-333214. Monotube design keeps the oil and gas separated so the shock doesn't fade when it heats up on a long rough descent. Bilstein tuned these specifically for the Gen 4 chassis, which has different geometry and weight distribution than the third-gen. The result is noticeably better control off-road without making the daily drive harsh. If you're planning to run a rooftop tent, overland gear, or a loaded bed rack, the rear shocks especially will hold up far better than stock over time.
The Cali Raised 32" Lo Pro light bar (CR4116) mounts inside the factory grille opening — no cutting, no drilling. Complete with wiring harness, relay, and switch. It puts serious usable light well beyond your high beams and looks intentional doing it, not bolted-on. One afternoon to install.
The bed channel supports and stiffeners (CR4062) go in before the MOLLE panels, and honestly before most other bed accessories. They run along the inner bed channels and eliminate the flex and rattle that shows up once you start putting real weight in the Gen 4 bed — a rack, a drawer system, a tent, consistent cargo off-road. They also create a more rigid mounting base for everything that goes on top of them, including the MOLLE system in this bundle. Get these in early and you won't have to pull everything apart later.
The front bed MOLLE panel (CR4051) mounts to the bulkhead wall directly behind the cab. The side panels (CR4059) run along the inner bed walls. Together they give you a full grid of attachment points for pouches, recovery gear, tool mounts, first aid, fire extinguisher — anything you want on the wall and accessible instead of buried in the bed floor. Both are designed for the 2024+ bed dimensions specifically, install mechanically with no permanent modification, and come out clean if your setup changes.
The practical difference a MOLLE-equipped, stiffened bed makes is that the whole back of the truck starts working as a system rather than a storage pile. Gear stays where you put it, the floor stays clear for larger cargo, and nothing shifts and rattles over rough terrain because the bed itself isn't flexing underneath it.
Fits: 2024+ Toyota Tacoma — all cab and bed configurations.

Gen 4 2024+ Toyota Tacoma ICON 2.5 Coilovers + Billet UCAs + Cali Raised Skid Plates & LED Bundle 3
This is a front suspension and underbody protection build for the 2024+ Tacoma, with lighting. It's not a casual upgrade — it's a purpose-built combination of components that work together and were designed specifically for the Gen 4 platform.
At the core is the ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir front coilover kit (58780). These are 2.5-inch diameter coilovers with separate remote reservoirs — a meaningful distinction from internal reservoir designs. The remote reservoir increases total oil volume and gives the shock more surface area to dissipate heat, which is how you avoid fade on long descents, fast washboard sections, and any terrain where the suspension is working hard for extended periods. ICON tuned these specifically for the 2024 Tacoma's weight distribution and geometry. The result is 1.25 to 3 inches of adjustable front lift height, genuine improvement in wheel travel over stock, and controlled, connected feel both on pavement and off it.
The ICON Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint Pro in gold anodized finish (58552GDJ) pair directly with those coilovers. This is not an optional add-on — above 2 inches of lift, proper UCAs are how you maintain correct alignment geometry and get the full travel the coilovers are capable of. The Delta Joint Pro is ICON's rebuildable articulation joint, machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H-beam cross-section that's lighter and more bend-resistant than tubular arms. It replaces the factory ball joint and eliminates bind through the full range of travel, which means the suspension moves the way ICON intended it to instead of fighting itself at the limits. The gold anodize isn't just cosmetic — it's a durable finish that survives trail abuse and matches ICON's shock bodies if you're running them elsewhere in the system.
The Cali Raised Complete Skid Plate Collection (CR4310) is the underbody protection that makes all of that suspension work worthwhile. Covering the front skid, transmission and catalytic converter shield, transfer case, fuel tank, and lower control arms — this is a full-system approach. The aluminum version (1/4" 5052 aircraft-grade) keeps weight reasonable without giving up protection; Cali Raised's material choice gives the aluminum more impact resistance than comparable options, and it's 100% bolt-on using factory mounting points. Note that lower control arm skids and the transfer case plate are always 3/16" steel regardless of which material you choose for the rest — those are the components that take the most direct impact, and Cali Raised doesn't compromise there. Everything is laser-cut and welded in the USA.
The Cali Raised 32" Lo Pro grille light bar kit mounts inside the factory grille opening — no bumper cutting, no modification, complete with wiring harness, relay, and switch. Single bar (CR4116) is the right call for most builds: it puts out enough light to handle forest service roads, two-track, and trail driving at night with room to spare. The dual bar (CR4118) is there if you're regularly driving in genuine darkness at speed or want maximum forward throw. Select your preference at checkout.
Put together, this bundle addresses the front suspension, the underbody, and the lighting — the three areas where a stock Gen 4 Tacoma falls shortest the moment it leaves pavement for real. The coilovers and UCAs increase travel and correct geometry. The skid plates protect the components underneath while you use that travel. The light bar extends the hours you can do any of it.
Important fitment notes: This bundle is configured for 4WD models. 2WD Tacoma owners do not require the front differential drop (part #55160), and the coilover and UCA components are otherwise compatible — contact us before ordering and we'll sort out the details. CR4310 skid plate variants differ for hybrid vs. non-hybrid models; confirm your drivetrain at checkout. Does not fit TRD PreRunner or Limited AWD configurations.
Fits: 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma 4WD — confirm hybrid/non-hybrid variant at checkout.
