The Baja Designs XL Linkable Pre-Load Kit is engineered specifically for configurations running 6, 7, or 8 linked light bars together. At that scale, load concentration at the center of the system becomes a structural liability — stress accumulates, vibration sets in, and without intervention, that means damaged mounts and compromised light alignment.

This kit addresses that failure point directly. The pre-load design redistributes structural load across the linkage instead of letting it pile up at the center, keeping tension balanced and the entire light array stable.
