Touch Up Powder Coat Spray

Powder coat is tough, but it isn't invincible. Rock chips, trail rash, and hard use will eventually break through the finish — and when that happens, you can't just reach for a standard rattle can and expect a clean result. Cali Raised LED's Touch Up Powder Coat Spray is formulated specifically for powder-coated surfaces, giving you a repair process that actually matches the original finish instead of leaving a glossy patch on a matte surface.

This spray lays down a matte black finish (color code BK-59) that blends with powder-coated components. The process is straightforward: clean the damaged area, remove dust and debris, then apply in light, even coats. It's designed for light to medium scratch and chip repair — not deep gouges or bare metal restoration.

At 12 oz per can, there's enough product to address multiple repairs over time. One important note: this is strictly for powder-coated surfaces. Do not use it over bed liner or raw metal finishes — it won't bond or perform the way it's intended.

We recommend keeping a can on hand if you're running any Cali Raised LED powder-coated accessories. Catching chips early and touching them up properly is the best way to maintain the finish and prevent corrosion from taking hold underneath.
