SR-Series 40 Inch Broad Spot Beam Lightbar RIGID Industries

The RIGID Industries SR-Series 40-inch Broad Spot Beam Lightbar delivers 22,848 raw lumens and 197 watts of output through RIGID's patented Hybrid Optic technology. With a peak beam intensity of 280,068 and a 1-lux distance of 529 meters, this bar pushes a wide, forward-projecting beam pattern that covers serious ground.

The housing is low-profile aluminum alloy with a black exposed printed circuit board and RIGID branding plates — built to a spec that competes well above its price point. Operating range is 9–15 VDC, and the LED array is rated for 50,000-plus hours of service life. The kit ships with 1 lamp, 2 brackets, and hardware; a wiring harness is sold separately, so plan for that add-on when budgeting the install.

We recommend this bar for roof rack and overhead mounting applications where a broad, wide-angle spread matters more than a focused long-throw beam. The RGBW lamp configuration adds versatility beyond standard white output. At this output-to-dollar ratio, the SR-Series 40-inch is a straightforward choice for anyone who wants proven RIGID engineering without chasing a flagship price tag.
