Splicer 3/8-1/2 Inch Synthetic Rope Splice On Shackle Mount Factor 55

The Factor 55 Splicer is the first splice-on synthetic rope shackle mounting thimble with integrated rope protection and a rubber pad. Precision CNC machined from 6061 aluminum with a Military Spec hard anodized finish, this is a lightweight, purpose-built piece of hardware — not a cast afterthought. The machined rope passage creates a tough outer barrier against rope impact, abrasion, and UV exposure, while the integrated EPDM rubber pad protects your fairlead from contact wear.

This mount handles synthetic rope diameters up to 1/2 inch and connects to both the pin and bow end of common 3/4 inch screw pin shackles, plus the pin ends of 7/8 inch and 1 inch screw pin shackles. Because the WLL is determined by the rope diameter you splice, the design exceeds minimum bend radius requirements to preserve the full breaking strength of the line.
