Baja Designs S2 Pro 940nm IR LED Driving Light Pod

The Baja Designs S2 Pro 940nm IR LED light pod is built for one job: covert illumination. Running 940 nanometer infrared LEDs, it outputs high-intensity IR light invisible to the naked eye — purpose-built for operators pairing it with night vision equipment who need to run completely dark.

The engineering here is what separates this from lesser IR pods. CopperDrive technology runs every LED at full 100% capacity with zero throttling. MoistureBlock construction makes it fully waterproof, rain-proof, and submersible — wet conditions are a non-issue. The ClearView optic system directs light precisely where it needs to go, eliminating wasted scatter. At just 3 inches by 2 inches, the footprint is compact without sacrificing output.

We also like the uService design, which allows field replacement of lenses and optics. That one feature meaningfully extends the service life of this pod well beyond what sealed units can offer. Baja Designs backs it with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee — that kind of coverage reflects real confidence in the build.

If your mission requires serious 940nm output in a small, durable, fully serviceable package, the S2 Pro delivers exactly that.
