Revolve 50 Inch Bar with White Backlight RIGID Industries

The RIGID Industries Revolve 50-inch Light Bar with White Backlight is a full-size auxiliary light bar built around a high-grade aluminum alloy heatsink, a textured black powder coat finish, and an impact-resistant nylon bezel. At 50 inches, it runs 35 LEDs pulling 17 amps at 14V DC, producing 25,410 raw lumens and a peak beam intensity of 409,723 candela.

The Broad-Spot optical system blends spot and flood characteristics into a single beam pattern — 22.8 degrees horizontal and 18.2 degrees vertical — with a 1-lux beam distance of 640.1 meters. That coverage handles both long-range visibility and wide-area illumination without switching between dedicated optics.

What separates the Revolve from a standard bar is the Max-Bright auxiliary trim ring. This unit ships with the white backlight version, giving you independently controlled area or work lighting around the perimeter of the bar — useful when you need ambient output without running the full 217-watt main array. The corrosion-resistant chrome hardware is a nice detail on a bar that sees weather exposure.

This kit ships complete with the 50-inch bar, stainless steel L-shape mount brackets, mounting hardware, and a media pack. Harness and switch are sold separately. Prop 65 warning applies — see full label at P65Warnings.ca.gov. We stock this bar and recommend it for any high-output lighting build that demands proven construction and dual-mode output.
