Revolve 20 Inch Bar with Amber Backlight RIGID Industries

The RIGID Industries Revolve 20-inch Light Bar with Amber Backlight is a 14-LED auxiliary bar producing 10,164 raw lumens at 84 watts and pulling just 2.9 amps at 14V DC — an efficient draw that keeps it viable for builds with limited electrical headroom. Peak beam intensity hits 185,150 candela, with a 1-lux beam distance of 430.3 meters and a .25-lux reach of 860.6 meters.

The Broad-Spot optical system blends spot and flood characteristics into a single beam — 19.8° vertical by 20.5° horizontal — so you get usable spread without sacrificing reach. The amber Max-Bright trim ring runs independently as area or work lighting, giving you a second functional light stage without adding another bar to your mount.

Construction is high-grade aluminum alloy with a two-stage textured black powder coat and an impact-resistant nylon bezel that handles road debris and UV exposure. The hardware included is corrosion-resistant chrome. The kit ships with the 20-inch bar, stainless steel L-shape mount brackets, mounting hardware, and a media pack. Harness and switch are sold separately.

We stock this bar because the combination of a compact 20-inch footprint, dual-stage lighting, and a lifetime warranty makes it a serious auxiliary lighting option. Prop 65 warning applies — see P65Warnings.ca.gov for details.
