ProLink XXL Heavy Duty Winch Shackle Mount Factor 55

The Factor 55 ProLink XXL is the largest and strongest shackle mount in the ProLink lineup — originally engineered for 24,000 lb military winch applications and now available to the general public. It replaces a conventional winch hook with a precision shackle mounting hole, giving you a 1.2-inch thick mounting tab and a working load limit of 24,000 lbs, with an ultimate failure rating exceeding 63,000 lbs.

Construction starts with precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum — 5 inches tall, 4 inches in diameter, and weighing 40 oz. The rope eye is secured by a 3/4-inch 6Al-4V aerospace-grade titanium double-shear pin with an internal snap ring. A barbed, high-durometer EPDM rubber guard protects hawse and roller fairleads, cushions line stowage, and eliminates rattle.

This mount accepts steel cables and synthetic ropes up to 1/2-inch diameter and is sized for 3/4-inch and 7/8-inch shackles.
