OnX6/S8/XL Pro and Sport Harness 2 Light Max 150 Watts Baja Designs

This is the dedicated wiring harness from Baja Designs built to run their OnX6+ light bars (10–20 in), S8 light bars (10–30 in), or a single XL Sport or XL Pro auxiliary light. It is rated at 2 lights max, 150 watts total — sized correctly for these specific fixtures, not a catch-all harness.

Installation is straightforward: positive and negative terminals connect directly to the battery, and a single 3-pin weather pack connector plugs into the OnX6+, S8, XL Sport, or XL Pro without any wiring adaptation. One plug, clean connection, done.

We stock this harness because Baja Designs engineered it alongside these lights, not as an afterthought. The weather pack connector provides a sealed, corrosion-resistant connection point — important for any light bar running in wet or dirty conditions.

One hard limit to know before ordering: this harness does NOT support the OnX6+ 30 in or larger, and it will not work with S8 bars 40 in and above. Match your bar size before you buy. Part number 640115.
