The OVS Nomadic Awning 2.0 in the 6.5' configuration gives you 53 square feet of covered shelter that one person can deploy without assistance. We like that the setup is built around speed — pivoting, telescoping aluminum poles and boxed aluminum rafters mean you're not wrestling with a complicated system when conditions are changing fast.

The cover itself is 280G poly cotton rip-stop with heat-sealed seams, so water isn't finding its way through stitch lines in heavy rain. When it's time to lock things down for serious weather, the included para-cord, heavy-duty oversized stakes, and built-in tie-down points let you tension the whole structure properly. If you want full enclosure, OVS offers an optional shelter that zips directly to this awning.

Storage is handled by a 1000G PVC travel cover with a 10 lb zipper — it's built to take repeated packing and unpacking without failing at the closure. Ballistic nylon tie-downs with S-connects and buckles, two sets of shock cord, and a nylon reinforced tie-down kit round out the hardware. Two heavy-duty mounting brackets and hardware are included in the box.
