LED Work Light Spot Pattern S2 Sport Baja Designs

The Baja Designs S2 Sport LED Light Pod in Spot pattern is a compact auxiliary light built to the same standards as the rest of the Baja Designs lineup — at a more accessible price point than the flagship units. This is a single light pod sold individually, finished in black housing with a blue lens, part number 540001BL.

The specs here are worth calling out. CopperDrive technology drives the LED at 100% output continuously — no thermal derating, full rated lumens at all times. The 5000K daylight color temperature renders terrain in natural color and reduces driver fatigue compared to warmer outputs. MoistureBlock construction makes this unit fully waterproof and submersible, not just splash-resistant. The uService design means lenses and optics are field-replaceable, so a damaged lens doesn't mean replacing the whole unit.

The Spot beam pattern focuses output into a tight, long-range throw — well-suited for fog, cornering, rack, or reverse light duty. We stock the 640165 harness extension as an add-on if your install requires extra reach.

Baja Designs backs the S2 Sport with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want proven Baja Designs build quality without the full Squadron price, this is the logical starting point.
