Flood Diffused Black Housing Q-Series Pro RIGID Industries

The RIGID Q-Series PRO Flood/Diffused in black housing packs serious output into a single, purpose-built unit. It combines four D-Series optics into one large housing, delivering 12,672 raw lumens at 123 watts with an 8.8-amp draw across a 9–36V DC input range. That wide voltage range and built-in over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI protection make this light genuinely hardened for demanding electrical environments.

Construction backs up the output numbers. The housing is high-grade aluminum alloy with UV-resistant powder coat, an integrated thermal management system, and a pressure equalizing vent. The polycarbonate lens is impact resistant, and the unit ships with a vibration isolator and heavy-duty 304 stainless steel bracket. IP68 dust and water ingress compliance plus SAE J575 shock and vibration certification are built in, not bolted on as an afterthought. Operating range runs from -40°F to 145°F.

This kit includes the light, mounting hardware, and harness. Optional covers (add-ons 30130, 30140, 30150, 103913, 103923, 103933, and 40287, sold separately) give you a 50/50 forward-projecting and area-light split when you need broader coverage control. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and rated for off-road use only. Professional installation is recommended.
