The Rigid Industries D-Series PRO (part 212513) is a 3 x 3 inch LED pod that delivers 3,168 raw lumens on a 30-watt, 2.14-amp draw — that's up to 102 percent more raw lumens than the standard D-Series. The diffused lens spreads light wide rather than throwing a tight spot, and the flush mount configuration keeps the profile clean wherever these get mounted. Each pair ships with lights, mounting hardware, and a harness.

The build holds up. High-grade aluminum alloy housing with UV-resistant powder coat, an integrated thermal management system, and a polycarbonate impact-resistant lens handle the abuse. IP68 compliance covers full dust and water ingress protection, SAE J575 confirms shock and vibration resistance, and the operating range runs from -40°F to 145°F. Over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI protections are built in — not add-ons.
