The Rigid Industries SR-Series PRO 6-Inch Flood LED Light delivers 4,752 raw lumens from a single-row bar that sits under 2 inches tall — that's 111 percent more raw lumen output than its predecessor. At 48 watts and only 3.43 amps of draw, this light punches well above its power consumption. The flood optic spreads light wide, and the black powder-coated extruded aluminum housing keeps the profile clean and low.

The build quality here is what we point customers to first. IP68-rated for full dust and water ingress protection, SAE J575 compliant for shock and vibration, and rated to operate from -40°F to 145°F. The integrated thermal management system keeps the LEDs running efficiently across that range. Add UV-resistant powder coat, an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, and built-in reverse polarity, over/under voltage, and RFI/EMI protection — this is a light built to take abuse.
