Baja Designs 40 Inch LED Light Bar OnX6 Series

The Baja Designs OnX6+ 40-inch LED light bar puts out 39,430 lumens — up to 69 percent brighter than the previous generation. It uses Baja Designs' trademarked High Speed Spot reflector, the same optic running on their Team Enlightened race rigs, built to project further than any competing LED bar. The lens is clear, the beam pattern is Spot, and the housing is mil-spec aluminum with MoistureBlock technology rated for waterproof, rainproof, and submersible conditions.

CopperDrive runs every LED at full 100 percent capacity, and 5000K daylight color temperature keeps output readable without eye strain. Vertical beam adjustment locks your angle independent of mount position, and the bar uses industry-standard sizing so it drops into aftermarket mounting systems without modification.

What we particularly like is the uService system. Lenses and optics are field-replaceable — swap beam patterns between High Speed Spot, Driving/Combo, or Wide Driving, or replace damaged components, without voiding the warranty. That's a real long-term value on a bar that sees hard use.
