40 Inch LED Light Bar High Speed Spot Pattern OnX6 Arc Racer Edition Baja Designs

The Baja Designs 40-inch OnX6 Arc Racer Edition is a high-speed spot bar built for situations where distance and light output are non-negotiable. The Racer Spot pattern with ClearView optics throws light long and focused — exactly what you need at speed, not a wide scatter that trades reach for width. Clear lens, 5000K daylight color temperature, and 4.29-inch depth round out the core spec.

What separates this bar from commodity options is the CopperDrive technology — LEDs running at 100% capacity, not throttled back. Combined with MoistureBlock construction, it's fully waterproof and submersible, not just splash-rated. The uService design lets you swap lenses and optics in the field if you take damage, which matters when you're running this bar hard.

This listing includes one light bar only. A wiring harness is not included — you'll need part 640119 (Hi-Power w/Mode Switch, 2-light max) to wire it up. There's also an optional add-on harness/splitter (640163, Hi Beam) if your setup calls for it.

Baja Designs backs this with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. At 40 inches, this is the largest bar in the Racer Edition lineup and a serious commitment to long-throw illumination.
