40 Inch Adapt Light Bar Adapt RIGID Industries

The RIGID Industries 240413 Adapt is a 40-inch LED light bar built around Active View Technology — a GPS-linked system that automatically shifts beam patterns based on vehicle speed when set to adaptive mode. Eight selectable beam patterns span a 90-degree flood for lower-speed broad illumination down to a focused 15-degree spot beam for high-speed use, all in a single fixture with integrated Spot, Flood, and Driving optic zones. At 320 watts and 27,392 raw lumens with a 22.9-amp draw, the output numbers back up the hardware.

The RGB-W accent lighting is fully programmable across the entire color spectrum, and the included backlit dash controller handles beam pattern selection, adaptive mode, accent color, and two programmable presets without fishing through a phone app. Kit ships complete: GPS module, dash controller, underdash module, wiring harness, mounting hardware, and installation guide are all in the box.

We like the dual mounting options here — traditional side mount or underside low-profile stealth mount gives real flexibility depending on the application. The alloy housing with integrated heatsink, unbreakable polycarbonate lens, pressure-equalizing vent, and IP68 dust and water ingress rating mean this bar is built to stay out and take abuse. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Off-road use only.
