The RIGID Industries E-Series PRO is a 4-inch, double-row LED light bar built around a flood optic and a black housing. The PRO generation delivers 6,336 raw lumens at just 61 watts and 4.36 amps — that's up to 111 percent more raw lumens than the previous E-Series. This isn't a minor revision; it's a meaningful output jump backed by updated LED technology and blacked-out circuit boards that give the unit a cleaner look.

The hardware is spec'd for real-world abuse: high-grade aluminum alloy housing, UV-resistant powder coat, an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, and an integrated thermal management system. It's IP68 rated for dust and water ingress, SAE J575 compliant for shock and vibration, and rated from -40°F to 145°F. The 9–36V DC input range and built-in over/under voltage, reverse polarity, and RFI/EMI protection add electrical resilience you won't find on budget alternatives.
