The RIGID Industries E-Series PRO is a 30-inch double-row LED light bar running a Spot/Flood combo optic — a configuration that delivers both a tight long-range beam and wide-area coverage simultaneously. This version pulls 258 watts at 22.21 amps and puts out 32,700 raw lumens, representing a 111 percent increase in raw output over the previous E-Series generation. The black housing features blacked-out circuit boards and UV-resistant powder coat over a high-grade aluminum alloy body.

The engineering behind this bar is what we point customers toward first. An integrated thermal management system keeps the LEDs in check across an operating range of -40°F to 145°F. The polycarbonate lens is impact resistant, the connectors are waterproof, and the unit is IP68 rated for full dust and water ingress protection. It also meets SAE J575 for shock and vibration. Voltage range is 9–36V DC, with over/under voltage and reverse polarity protection built in.
